If you have a good supply of logs and want to heat your home using a wood boiler installed in your garage or utility room then the Ecowood 300 is a really attractive proposition.  At just 57cms wide, and 131cms high, it will easily slot into a quiet corner of the garage but can give a hefty 27kW of hot water into your heating system, happily taking care of all of your heating and hot water needs.  If you were to couple it with a thermal store, then the energy from your evening’s burn would be there to take care of the next morning’s heating as well but even just burning it in the evening during winter would drastically reduce your gas or oil bill. It comes fitted with Klover’s securo top that makes it straightforward to connect directly to the central heating and won’t even need a load valve.
