I now have my Diva Mid Klover wood pellet burner installed for the last 2 years. I must say that the heat from it is just superb not only does it do the radiators but it heats the water too. We switched over from gas to this wood pellet boiler and the heat is so different I can not believe it would make such a change to us. There is nothing like having a fire effect in your house that changes it to a home. The team from Stoves online have been brilliant and any time I have any minor problems they are at the end of the phone always to talk me through it all. I am now completely competent in using it and know what to do as they have great patience with me as I am not very good at these things. Approx 7 years ago we installed a massive 80 KW wood boiler for several of our self catering holiday lets on a loop system and again I can just reiterate that I have said above - I have complete confidence in being able to get the required service that I need in no time at all when resolving any issues. I think it is important to say thank you and keep up the good work Stovesonline.

Stove has been a great success and we are very pleased with it. Now means we can use our conservatory throughout the year. And talk about warm; I'm sure if we kept it going all day and opened all the inner doors the whole bungalow would be warmed up. One night the heating didn't come on because the thermostat wasn't triggered.

A gentle wisp of greying white smoke spilled from the blurred edge of the faraway chimney cowl, as it stood amid the high roofs of the palaces and fine buildings. And as soon as it was spotted the low growl hovering over the massed waiting crowd in the square, rose to an ear-splitting roar as the tens of thousands of eager watchers surged forward in anticipation.

Actually, there wasn't a massed waiting crowd at all. There was only Billy McCubbin with Molly the dog passing the church down on the square and a few school children hurrying back to the High school after lunch. Him and Molly turned up the Coal Wynd and they didn't even bother looking up at the cabin with its shiny new reeking lum.

A great moment in history and they missed it. Their loss.

Anyway, McHobbit had at last burst into life! Once lit, a brief period followed of up-close staring and sniffing at stove-pipe joints, roof fittings and all the rest, confirming all was well, followed by a lot of really unnecessary door-openings, pokings, door-closings, brushings-up, checking if enough logs were in the basket - well it had burning for all of five minutes - and so forth, led at last to a lowering of ones self into the dilapidated chair. The flickering flames dancing on the logs behind the bright glass and the muffled voice of radio 4 in the background lulled me into a delightful repose! Well, what a great wee project ; what a sense of wellbeing! Roll on the frosty nights! And so with this fine feeling in my bones I would wish you Ben, and indeed, all the good folk at Stovesonline all the best for yourselves and your future business in the magical world of wood-burning stoves.

I bought one of your company's cowls just before Christmas and I must say that the difference in the performance of our woodburner stove has improved by 100%. I cannot recommend Stovesonline highly enough. They were the perfect internet company. I took ages deciding which stove to go for and Susi was eternally patient. She gave me the info and never tried to steer me towards the more expensive stoves or towards any particular brand. Ben was exceptionally helpful in advising me on the installation of the flue. When I finally made the purchase the stove and flue prices were very competitive. Their AFTER sales service was just as good (how rare is that!!) and with Ben's help I was able to save 650 on the installation. Finally the few bits of flue that I did not need were accepted back without quibble many weeks after delivery. This is genuinely a very good company to deal with.
