Woodfire CXC8 contemporary boiler stove

The Woodfire CXC8 boiler stove is a dedicated wood burning stove and has a 76% efficiency rating. This boiler stove is compatible with both vented and pressurised systems, and gives around two thirds of the heat it generates to water.
The new CXC8 has a re-designed combustion system and now has primary, secondary and tertiary air feeds to the fire chamber which makes it burn even cleaner and improves the airwash.
The CXC8 boiler stove can be fitted to a new or existing system and comes as standard with an overheat safety valve. With a nominal output of 5.4kW to water and just 2.6kW to the room it is perfect as a passive house (passiv haus) stove or as a stove for a highly insulated or airtight house.
The design of the stove is a great balance between functionality and looks, its curved top giving it a contemporary feel. The warming shelf and generous fire box make this stove both practical and stylish and its large airwashed glass window gives a great view of the rolling flames.
