Free Standing Direct Air Stoves

The Opus Harmony is a wide stove, slightly oval when viewed from above. The glass-covered door lends it a reflective deep black finish.

With its wide window and lovely oval shape it's no wonder that the Opus Harmony is popular. 7kW heat output makes the Harmony suited to a small-medium sized room.

One of the classic Vermont stoves, the Intrepid is popular with existing and new owners alike and the woodburner is now Defra Exempt. The Vermont Intrepid has the trademark window tracery, firechamber catalyst, optional warming shelves and is available in a range of fine enamelled colours.

Vermont stoves are well known for their quality, effectiveness, durability and classic style. The flue pathways inside a Vermont are ingenious and they were one of the first to start using catalysts to reduce emissions and increase efficiency.

The Vermont Encore woodburning stove gives you the choice of using the integrated catalyst for higher efficiency and lower emissions, or to bypass it for a more relaxed flame pattern. An 8kW woodburner, the Encore is suited to the medium sized room.

The space heating version of the famous Walltherm which uses the same downward gasification technology to create an ultra clean burning stove with a high efficiency.

The Alcor is a majestic tall contemporary stove with a wide dark frame that sets a nice contrast to the flames. It clearly shows all the attributes of its French design.

The Neo 1F EcoDesign is the shortest model in the range of Neo contemporary stoves and is designed to fit into existing fireplace openings.

The Neo 3F EcoDesign is a compact contemporary stove similar to the Neo 1F. However, this model has the extra side glass panels, which means the flames can be seen through the sides of the stove as well as the front.

The Opus Melody is a design classic, a lovely cylindrical stove that burns beautifully and very efficiently.

The glass-covered door of the Opus Melody G gives it that slightly reflective and deep black look that I really like.

This multfuel cast iron stove has a nominal heat output between 7-8kw with a pretty decent fuel efficiency of 78%. 

The 9kw nominal heat output of the Harmony 33 will suit larger rooms.

The Jotul F400 Eco wood burning stove is now both Eco design ready and ok for smokeless area

The Mendip Woodland Stove is an attractive 4.5 kW multifuel stove with a decent sized fire box and options for direct air.

The Woodland convector plus stove can be placed much closer to wooden materials, glass, or a combustible wall. This stove is EcoDesign ready, okay for use in smokeless areas, and can come with a direct air supply.

The Mendip Ashcroft is a simply designed stove with a big glass and a less than 5kw output.

The 6143 has a taller log store under the stove making the height 950mm.

The Morso 6148 is a pedestal model and gives a taller firebox. This in turn makes it easier to feed the fire as you do not need to bend down to reach the door handle.
