The Fondis Stella 3 double sided has the large glass viewing panel that is the trademark of all Fondis stoves but, being double sided, allows you to bring the warmth and cosiness of an open fire into two rooms at the same time. The Stella 3 is a very clean burning stove and creates a wonderful flame pattern. The glass stays clean so that you always have a good view of the fire.

As with all Fondis inserts, this model is designed to give some radiant warmth from the glass but with the majority of its output being released up near the ceiling as warm air. This gives it the ability, if it is turned up, of heating a big space but ensures that it isn't ever too warm around the stove itself. Once the room is comfortable the stove can be turned down to run slowly, giving out only a small amount of warmth but keeping a good flame pattern.

The counter balanced up and down doors mean that re-fuelling is straightforward. The stove can also be used with the door in the open position giving the effect of an open fire. All the stoves in the Stella 3 range have a direct air connection so combustion air is taken from the outside, which means no draughts are created within the room.

The high level of craftmanship and engineering skills are obvious on all the Fondis stoves but it is their apparent simplicity that makes them look so good as well as work so well.
