Smooth Slate Hearth
Our slate stove hearths are 25-30mm thick and can be custom-cut to any straight-edged dimensions. The slate features a deep, dark grey tone with natural veining that adds unique character. Each hearth has a smooth, soft-sheen finish, and on square or rectangular designs, the front corners are gently rounded. Visible edges can be dressed upon request for a refined look.
We are unable to supply pieces of slate in one piece larger than 1200mm x 1000mm due to the pallet size used for transporting the goods. Ideally it is recommended that a T shaped hearth is cut in two pieces, an inner and outer so that there is an expansion joint.
Inside of the orange area on the map (England, the Scots and Welsh border country, and excluding Greater London), the Smooth Slate Hearth is eligible for delivery included in price.
