ACR Earlswood Stove
The clean design of the Earlswood makes this stove suitable for all types of setting and at over 78% efficiency this stove will help you get the most out of your firewood. As always, the most important thing here is to ensure that your wood is well seasoned in the first place so that the stove will run cleanly and efficiently. There is the option to burn smokeless fuel as the stove is fitted with a riddling grate.
The firebox of the Earlswood stove is lined with insulating vermiculite firebricks which helps to maintain a good temperature, thus improving burning efficiency. It has a good sized glass window which is kept clean by a powerful airwash system. The body of the Earlswood stove is made from steel with a generous 10mm thick top plate, whilst the door is made from cast iron. As with all ACR stoves the Earlswood has a 125mm flue diameter which, combined with the fact that it is Defra Exempt, means that you can run the entire chimney or liner system in 125mm, making for an easy installation and saving outlay on materials.
If you are fitting your stove directly into the room, rather than into a existing fireplace, the taller version with integral logstore, the Earlswood LS, commands extra presence, standing at just under a metre in height. I like the way the curve on the top of the log store matches the curve on the top of the door.
The Earlswood comes with a black handle as standard. An optional brushed steel handle is available. Please specify when ordering.

ACR Earlswood Stove Extras
A length of single skin flue pipe allows you to connect your ACR Earlswood Stove stove to your chimney. Please ask a member of our team to explain the different lengths and types of flue component which you can pick from.
A magnetic stove pipe thermometer which will stick your first length of fluepipe and help you to keep your ACR Earlswood Stove running within the correct burning range - so not too cool, where you could be creating tar in your chimney, or too hot, where you are wasting fuel and risk damaging your appliance.
