Winter 2019-20 prices Seasoned dry stored hardwood logs -typically ash/beech cut from our own sustainable coppiced woodland.Typical logs are 10ins long x 3-4ins diameter but other sizes available to order.This wood is suitable for logstoves or open fires and is noted for minimal spitting/maximum heat output. We give good value loads in a transit type tipper truck. Prices- Tipper truck full load = 2.4 cubic metres for £165.Delivered free within 3 mile radius from Otham Maidstone(ME15). Half load =1.2 cubic metres for £85. Logs are tipped on your driveway or roadside. Moving/stacking can be arranged at £15 per hour. Longer journeys are charged at £2 per mile one way [our delivery area is normally a 15 mile radius from Maidstone]and we can only deliver full loads outside the 3 mile radius at this mileage rate but do contact us with any specific requirements and we will quote you. Do look at load volume (cubic metres)and wood type and moisture content when comparing prices,on this basis we are very competitive,if not unbeatable for value. Typical moisture value of logs is 22 and below.
