When it comes time to install your stove then we have the details on file and can discuss the installation with your installer to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Who is the service for?
If you're a homeowner and are not totally sure of what you need to do to make a decent and safe chimney for your stove then our Flue Design Service is for you.
Whether you're thinking of buying a stove, have a deposit on one with us or already have the stove and just need to connect it up, then we’ll take care of the chimney for you.
Trade installers and developer also get us to the designs for your projects so they know it's taken care of.

How does it all work?
- All you need to do is to pick your type of installation by clicking the button below. If it's not on the list, or if you're not sure just contact us and we'll talk you through it.
- You then fill in a simple form to give us some details and measurements. There's a handy checklist that you can print off and fill in as you walk round your home.
- Your design request will pop up for Andy and he will get on with designing your installation. If he has any questions he will contact you to clarify.
- If you've already bought your stove or put a deposit on it they you get priority, but either way it doesn't take that long a day or two at most usually.
- They will then email you when it's done together with a price for the whole lot including delivery.
What's the cost?
It doesn't cost anything it's one of the free design services that is included when you choose to work with us at Stovesonline.
