The government have asked online companies to stay open. We have a team of technical staff now working from home with all the information they need at their fingertips. We have also been able to introduce very strict protocols to protect our warehouse staff and keep deliveries moving.

We can continue to support our customers, whether it is to provide spares for an existing stove or to supply a whole new flue system and woodburning stove.

For many, time with your family will give you the opportunity to plan changes in your home and, if installing a new low emissions wood burning stove to reduce your dependence on fossil fuels is among those changes, then we are happy to help you design your installation. It may not be possible to implement those ideas straight away but when these troubling times are passed, we are ready to help you turn those dreams into reality.

In terms of whole house heating, the government have recently extended the Renewable Heat Incentive until 2022 and so are offering up to £12,000 to pay for you to install an automated wood pellet stove. This could be a pellet cooker in the kitchen running your central heating, a utility boiler in the garage powering your radiators or even a pellet stove filling your living room with firelight while it warms your home.

These are difficult and troubling times and it is so important to keep yourself and your family safe. But we know that these times will pass, we will get through it, and if it helps the dark days of lock down to plan new things ahead then we are glad to work along with you to help you bring them about.
