Flexible chimney liner system design, sweep through your stove

You can sweep through most types of stove. If you are using the top flue exit then you usually remove the stove's baffle plate which then gives access to the flue pipe for the sweep's brushes. If you are using the rear exit then if the stove is high enough it will be possible to get the sweep's brushes through the base of the 90 degree tee that will be on the back of the stove.

If you cannot remove the baffle or if the stove is not very high then we recommend a sweep access door in the flue pipe to allow for easy sweeping of the chimney. If you want an access door in the flue pipe then simply select 'No you cannot sweep through the stove'
